Ultrasol is a premium quality soluble oil series designed to be the universal coolant. Almost all types of metals and metal working operations can be handled by varying the concentration. This reduces the number of metal working fluids inventoried, thus reducing inventory costs.
Ultrasol Soluble Oil Series can be used in water at dilutions as low as 1:50 depending on the severity of the machining operation. Each specific combination of metal, alloy, tool set up, feed and speed dictates its own optimum oil to water ratio.
