of Treated Fuel
We treat all of our fuels with quality premium additives.
This protects the fuel from gelling in cold weather,
allows for improved fuel stabilization during storage,
reduces burner emissions and disperses moister. Click

Automatic
Delivery
We use past usage history or if you are a new customer
we use a standard average to calculate the frequency
of deliveries. We are able to regulate your deliveries
so that your tank will never go empty. You never have
to call for oil again. Leave the worry with us and we
will keep your home warm through out the entire year.
*This system will not work properly if any auxiliary
heat source is used. (Examples: kerosene space heaters,
wood stoves, fireplace or heat pump.)
Budget
Billing (with approved credit)
We calculate or estimate how much fuel you will use
through the heating season and spread that cost out
over ten (10) equal monthly payments. Our budget starts
in August and continues into May. We allow our budget
customers to use June & July to reconcile their
accounts. Credits can be rolled over into the next year's
budget. However use caution when requesting debts to
be rolled over, this could increase your budget payment.
Charge
Account
With pre-approved credit you may receive a delivery
when you are not home. The driver will leave a copy
of your delivery ticket along with an attached envelope
for your convenience.
C.O.D. Accounts
A customer may pay the driver or pay in advance by using
Cash, Money Order, Check or Credit Card. We accept Visa,
Master Card, Discover and American Express for your
convenience. An additional fee will be applied to a
delivery if a driver is unable to collect and must return
to make the delivery. There is a $35.00 fee on all returned
checks.

Express for payment of any of our services.
Customer
Will Call
Some customers prefer to call in their orders. Customers
who choose this option are more likely to run out of
oil due to someone forgetting to call in an order. We
encourage any customer to call in an order at least
24 hours in advance. In severe weather please allow
up to 48 hours for delivery.
Senior
Citizen Discounts
Customers age sixty or over are eligible for receiving
three cents, (.03) off per gallon. *Only one discount
will be honored per delivery.
Professional
& Courteous Drivers
All drivers are trained professionals and are required
to maintain the highest level of courtesy. Periodic
and scheduled training is required to assure the highest
quality of service and safety to you, our customer.

Delivery Equipment
Every vehicle and piece of equipment used is serviced
regularly to assure proper operation and safety.
Computerized
Meter Delivery Tickets
Every delivery is metered by a certified accurate metering
system. Each delivery ticket is stamped with the time
& date, driver number; type of fuel delivered, price
per gallon and a total with taxes included and is certified
accurate. Local weight & measures as well as state
agencies oversee the yearly certification of every delivery
meter.
24-Hour
Emergency Service
24-hour emergency service is available. Additional charges
apply.
